The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect square. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: squares range from ¼”-2″. Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside edges act as bonus square cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 11ga.(1/8″) cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.
-Designed for use with a drag shield/nozzle. Check the pictured chart to find your machine or measure your drag shield. Not all machines have a drag shield option.
1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″ sizes are under sized by .060″ to make a tight fitting hole for carriage bolts to be held in place.
Outside of stencils are 2″ larger than indicated for .380″ and .430 sizes. The outside of .580″ size will be 2 1/4″ larger
